Important Policies

For your first lesson, meet your instructor at the shallow end of the pool. Parents must remain in the pool complex during the swimming lesson/class.

For private & semi-private lessons, equipment will be provided but swimmers must bring goggles. Visit our shop here for goggle recommendations https://www.swimphi.com/shop.

All memberships for lessons and swimming groups must be run through Swimphi.

Babies and young kids must wear swim diapers.

Cancelation Policy

Strict 24-hour cancellation/no-show policy: Reporting an absence must be done 24 hours before private/semi-private lessons to receive your make-up token. If your absence was reported under 24 hours before the start of the lesson, it will count and be charged as a normal class. Report an absence through the portal here https://www.swimphi.com/my-account#absence. No credits or refunds are given for missed lessons.

Dropping or stopping your classes Policy

If you wish to discontinue your membership it MUST be done on or before the 15th of the month prior to the start of the next month or you will be billed for the next month. Drop here https://www.swimphi.com/my-account/#drop.

Vacation Policy

o   We suggest you drop your classes and pick up again when you return, however there is no guarantee you will still have the same time slot.

o   If you want to keep the same time slot, register an absence for the dates you are gone https://www.swimphi.com/my-account#absence

o   Each student is limited to one token per month. You won’t receive a Makeup Token for the second week you are gone. For example, you planned a vacation and will miss lessons on July 26, Aug 2, and 9. You will receive one Makeup Token for July 26 and one Makeup Token for August 2. You won't receive a token for August 9, because you only receive one per month.

Enrollment Policy

You can only enroll in a class up to 7 days in advance. We are unable to save time slots due to high demand and limited supply. For members who really want to save the class time, enroll (you will be charged) and register an absence until you can start. Your monthly membership guarantees your time spot. Lessons can't be transferred.

Temporary Instructor Policy

Sometimes our instructors are sick or can't make it into work, so to prevent an interruption in your lessons we will assign a temporary instructor (male or female) - this will not be permanent. You will be notified by e-mail. Your temporary instructor will meet you at the shallow end of the pool.

Weather Policy

Keeps safety at the forefront of our operations. Our lessons and classes are not cancelled if it is simply raining, however if there is thunder and lightning, we must signal cancellation for the safety of our staff and students. We will always send out an email with clear information on class cancellations - so if you don't hear from us you can assume that your lesson/class will go ahead as normal.

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving (Thursday to Sunday)

  • Christmas Day
