Swimphi Swim Schools are considered an elite swimming program. We only work with top swim instructors.

  • 2+ seasons of experience preferred

  • Must be at least 17 years old

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Transportation to the pool

  • Passion for teaching and working with children, experience preferred

  • Professional, courteous, and enthusiastic

  • Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Competitive swim experience preferred, but not required
